Towels and/or bed linen are not included but can be rented on site for a supplement of EUR 3 per towel, EUR 8 for bed linen per person and EUR 3 for kitchen towels. Alternatively guests can bring their own.

Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival date will be refunded 30% of the full amount.
The accommodation was fitted with new windows and a new front door in 2017. The accommodation was fully painted again also.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
A damage deposit of € 200 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
