With elegant touches, spacious interiors, and modern comforts, this gîte is ideal for families. A ground-floor bedroom is thoughtfully designed for seniors, making the house accessible for all ages. Nestled in the heart of the Ardennes, this home is a perfect base to explore nature and culture. Hiking and mountain biking trails begin right at the doorstep, and scenic drives or bike rides bring you to nearby sights. Unwind in the sauna, enjoy countryside views from the furnished terrace, or gather around the indoor fireplace for a cozy evening. Though part of a larger group home, you?ll enjoy full privacy, as the other section is never rented separately. Note: The house is limited to 8 guests by municipal regulation. Extra guests (even daytime visitors), student groups, bachelor parties, or young groups are not permitted to ensure peace and quiet.
