We usually refer to it as an "apartment" because the house is quite compact, but in reality, we rent out the entire house except for the ground floor. The house is a belle-etage style, meaning the main living areas are on the first and second floors, accessible via a staircase. The ground floor has a separate entrance and serves as a multi-functional space with a kitchenette and toilet. It is available for separate rental and can be used as a pop-up space, co-working area, meeting room, or even an art gallery, accommodating up to 10 people. This space is called deruimte.gent and offers a flexible setup for various creative and professional uses.
