This architectural Rietveld duplex penthouse apartment was designed by CAAN architects. In addition to the ceiling-high doors, in the entire apartment was opted for oak parquet (living space, corridors, bedrooms). The very luminous apartment has a: - 20m² terrace with lounge chairs and picknick table. - 90 m² living space (2 bedrooms & bathroom with shower and toilet upper floor / separated toilet, kitchen, storage room, separated living and dining space.
Young family with 2 kids of 13 and 15 region Ghent. Wouter works as a long distance pilote and Hannelore is sommelier and business owner of Hola Vinos. We like to travel, play tennis, SUP and walk at the sea side.
When you leave the building, you are close to a large number of shops, restaurants, bars, the town hall, the library, the casino. Guaranteed cultural activities in winter and summer (Christmas market, tennis tournaments, etc.). In the summer there is almost daily something organized: the various markets, folklore, music performances and various sporting events. You will enjoy the aperitif on your terrace with a view of the busy shopping street and of the 'Rosa' restaurant opposite. The beach is at 400 m distance. Koksijde is the center of nature parks: De Hoge Blekker, Witte Burg, Doornpanne,...
