This apartment is not a hotel, but a fully furnished, upscale private apartment in a residential building.

Your deposit must be paid by bank transfer to the establishment before your arrival. This means that the security deposit must be paid in advance before your arrival and before the confirmation of the appointment for the delivery of the access pass and the key. The keys to the apartment will be handed over to the guest only after payment of the required security deposit.

As this is a private apartment in a residential building, we do not have a reception desk, reception kiosk or cash kiosk. You will therefore not be able to enter the building, or drop in unannounced, without written confirmation of a scheduled appointment.

You can access the accommodation after paying your deposit and confirming your appointment with a hostess.

Once your deposit has been paid by bank transfer, you will receive confirmation and the hostess will contact you to arrange a meeting and give you an access badge to collect the keys to your accommodation. Your hostess will provide you with further information when you collect your keys.

We also specialize in overnight accommodations, and usually welcome guests at night.

Our rates are based on the time slots indicated in the advert. If you wish to arrive earlier and outside our conditions, you will be charged a supplement of fifty euros. If you wish to leave later or outside our conditions, a supplement of fifty euros will be charged.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 800 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
