「현대식 건물, 인테리어 등 가격이 좀 비싼 이유가 있음. 요리하기 편한 주방에 5분 거리내에 슈퍼마켓을 통한 식자재 구입이 용이하여 나만이 식사를 즐길 공간이 충분함. 몰랐었지만 지하1층에 동전용 세탁기, 건조기가 있다는 점. 홈페이지에는 언급이 없었서 코인 세탁방을 찾아야 하나 고민했었는데 10유로와 세제만 들고 지하에 내려가면 됨.」
