Our competent team of dedicated staff ensures your efficient reception at our agencies in Koksijde and Oostduinkerke. Please note that a 30% prepayment is required when making your reservation. If the reservation date is less than 14 days before your arrival, you will be required to pay the total reservation amount before your arrival. Electricity, heating, gas and water are not included in the price of the flat. These will be deducted from the deposit based on consumption within 14 days of departure. You can clean the accommodation yourself before departure or choose to use the cleaning service for a fee. The amount for final cleaning depends on the size of the accommodation. Cancellation insurance is automatically included in the rental price. Bed linen, pillowcases and towels are not included in the price. You will have to bring these yourself. Payment in advance by bank transfer is required. After you have booked and emailed your personal email address to our office, we will contact you for payment instructions.

Neighbourhood information

Along the entire Belgian coastline, you will find many opportunities to have a pleasant and enjoyable day. Rain or shine, you never have to look long here during the summer. Many coastal towns have indoor playgrounds and indoor swimming pools. In Koksijde we even have two! The swimming and leisure pool in Koksijde-Dorp and the Sunparks subtropical indoor pool in Oostduinkerke. Both have something in store for both young and old. Plopsaland nearby can also provide entertainment on a less sunny day by the sea. The little ones won't mind a splash and there are also indoor shows and spectacles. Thanks to the coastal tram, which you can take every ten minutes at various places in Koksijde, you can easily get to other coastal towns and discover the indoor activities there. Koksijde is a cultural town. Throughout the year there is a well-filled agenda of theatre and culture in the Casino. During the summer months, you will also find entertainment on the streets. And of course there are the many museums. For example, the Fisheries Museum and the Paul Delvaux Museum are sure to please culture-loving tourists.
