Property information

Newly build holiday home, located in Samoranovo, just 10 km away from spa resort Sapareva Banya. It is just 60 km away from Sofia, less than an hour drive. Other attractions nearby include the Seven Rila Lakes, Rila monastery, Otovitsa hut and many more. The villa is part of a four-house complex and features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen with dining table, living room and outside space to enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. There is a private swimming pool on premises, available during the summer period. We are delighted to provide an EV charger that is free of charge for our guests.
