There is a park nearby. 800 m from Pazardzhik Regional Court, Regional Police, Regional Prosecutor's Office. 1.1km from the Municipality of Pazardzhik. The city has a zoo on an exotic island. 800m from the city theater. Nearby there is Lidl-400m. Mini market in the apartment building.
