Уютен самостоятелен приземен етаж от къща, в тихо и спокойно място, на пешеходно разстояние от центъра. Изцяло реновиран през 2019 година и разполага с всичко необходимо за Вашето и на Вашите деца приятно прекарване. На Ваше разположение е просторна тераса с изглед към градината - много добро място за почивка и релакс. На 50 метра от къщата има възможност за безплатно паркиране /улица/. Къщата е разположена на тиха уличка със стъпала, по която няма автомобилно движение.
Ние сме семейство Снежана и Красимир Беливанови и се грижим за нашите гости. Смятаме, че сме осигурили всичко необходимо, но ако имате нужда от други неща, може да ни потърсите по всяко време. С нашите гости комуникираме на български и руски, а за английския ни помага третият домакин - дъщеря ни Калина, която живее и работи в София.
На по малко от половин километър е главната улица на Велико Търново, по която може да стигнете до Самоводската чаршия /15-20 минути/, музея на восъчните фигури /30 минути/ и историческия хълм Царевец - за 35-40 минути. Наблизо се намират Общинският пазар и много супермаркети, ресторанти и пицарии. МОЛ Велико Търново е на 3 километра.
