Welcome to one of the most popular neighbourhoods in Sofia.With super fast access even by foot to the well recognised Business Park Sofia on one side and main transport links through Okolovrusten put on the other, one can reach any point of interest such as famous Ring Mall, Studentski grad or center Sofia in less then 15 minutes. This One bedroom apartment has been fully renovated. New building with plenty of modern amenities such as video surveillance, safe parking, private garden and more. Cozy place well situated with fast and convenient access to numerous big grocery shops as Kaufland, Lidl, Fantastico, Business Park Sofia and more! The main street is full of small and mid sizes trading shops for all your daily needs. There is public bus station right across from the building as well the metro station from Business park is just about 15 min.walking distance from where the property is located, which will bring you to any near or distant point in Sofia city.
