A neat house with two floors and a beautiful yard with garden furniture, completely luxuriously furnished, located in the super center of the city and 7 minutes walk from the beach, passing through our beautiful city sea garden. In the house we provide you will have at your disposal - a beautiful yard with garden furniture suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner and relaxation - completely free super fast wireless internet, cable TV with 200 channels. 1 floor with a fully equipped kitchen/refrigerator, coffee machine, stove, dishwasher, microwave, dishes for cooking and eating/ and living room, toilet, air conditioner +70'' TV, sofa bed/ suitable for 1 or 2 people to sleep/ . 2nd floor - two bedrooms equipped with air conditioners, one of them with a bedroom 200 x 160 cm, a 50-inch TV and a wardrobe, the other with two single beds 200 x 90 cm, a 32-inch TV, a wardrobe, a printer, as well as a terrace for relaxation or as an office with an available desk, you can choose to use it for your stay. Bathroom and toilet 15 square meters, fully furnished in a modernist style, equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The maximum number of guests is 5. You will feel special with us.
