I am 44. I work in the compound as a Manager for 15 years now.

Property information

The villa is situated in the quiet town of Byala in a closed compound of 18 villas. The area is quiet and ecologically clean, far from big cities and any factory/production areas. It is 500 m. from the beach- close enough but away from the beach noise. The villa is 3 floors- on the 1-st there is a living room with kitchen, bathroom, a terrace. In the 2-nd- 2 bedrooms , a shared bathroom and a shared terrace. On the 3-d floor there is 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a big terrace with a fantastic view.

Neighbourhood information

The area is quiet, next to the compound and the villa there is a field and a small forest. Dow to the closest beach there is a water slide, some 3 km. away there is a small aqua park, the center 50 km of the town is 2 km. away. Obzor is 6 km away. Varna and Burgas that offer many fun are about 50-60 km away.
