New, modern two-room apartment 180m from the ideal city center. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with new furniture, appliances (air conditioner, two TVs, hot water kettle, ceramic stove, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven, iron, ironing board, hair dryer), household utensils and towels. At your disposal are a living room with a kitchen area, a sofa, a cozy bedroom, a bathroom with central hot water and spacious terraces where you can enjoy a cup of aromatic coffee.
Coziness, cleanliness and amenities are a priority for us to make you feel special because you are just that! Welcome, we are waiting for you!
Ideal city center, close to large hypermarkets, restaurants, park and Arena Ruse sports hall. Near the apartment, in addition to the beautiful Ruse center, you can find a new retail park with many amenities in it, such as a Lidl store, Technomarket, Decathlon, a pharmacy and many others. Ruse Arena is located 200m away. Kaufland is 700m away.
