Set within the secure grounds of Pirin Golf & Country Club, our Villa Sokol combines the tranquillity of the mountains with the comfort and convenience of a modern resort. Guests wake to crisp pine-scented air and wide views towards the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope ranges, then decide whether the day will be about fresh-air adventures or simple relaxation.
Inside, Villa Sokol offers the warmth of a real fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen and hotel-style bedding, so families and friends can settle in straight away. Outside, a private garden with barbecue is perfect for leisurely lunches or cosy evenings.
Within the resort itself you will find a superb choice of restaurants and bars, as well as both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a renowned spa and wellness centre, and of course the championship golf course.
In winter the ski slopes of Bansko are only a short drive away; in summer you can walk straight out into the mountain air for hiking and cycling.
Our aim is to provide a welcoming private base that makes every day feel effortless – so you can relax, explore and return home refreshed.

Guests often say that what makes this corner of Bulgaria so special is its rare blend of tranquillity, unspoilt nature and the lively atmosphere of a modern mountain resort. Our villa sits in the scenic Razlog Valley, framed by the Pirin, Rila and Rhodope ranges, and offers a calm base with endless opportunities for discovery just beyond the doorstep.
In winter the nearby resort of Bansko provides first-class skiing, with modern lifts, well-kept pistes and easy access from the villa. In summer the mountains open up a world of hiking: from gentle woodland trails to more demanding routes towards Vihren and Bezbog, and the rewarding hike to Popovo Lake, a glacial lake set among dramatic peaks. The surrounding Pirin National Park and the Bayuvi Dupki – Dzhindzhiritsa Reserve are renowned for their rich wildlife – deer and foxes at dawn, birdsong in the pines, and rare alpine flowers in season.
The region is equally rich in culture and history. Visitors can explore the legacy of St Paisius of Hilendar, the Vaptsarov House-Museum in Bansko, the remarkable frescoes of the Church of Dobarsko, the ancient site of Herculea Sintica, and the splendid Rila Monastery, all within easy reach for day trips.
During the warmer months Bansko hosts a lively programme of concerts and festivals, including the internationally loved Bansko Jazz Festival. Golfers can enjoy the Club’s fairways carved through forest and mountain terrain, while everyone appreciates returning in the evening to the peaceful terrace of the villa, with forest views and the soft hush of the mountain air – close enough to the resort for dining and entertainment, yet far enough to feel apart.
