Our houses are made with love and happiness. The main goal of our family architects team was to create a unique place that brings in the spirit to be a place where you can feel as if you are in your own home. The contemporary interior brings comfort, a warm atmosphere, and tranquility. In the courtyard, there are 100 years old Magnolias trees that make the place more attractive as well as the relaxing facilities which are exclusively for the guests of Anita Guest House & Relax.
We are a group of architects that would like to show how people can change their idea of being on a holiday and at the same time being as they are at home.
The houses are a 2 min walk away from all tourist places, and 1 min from the Municipality of Perushtitsa. There is an open area swimming pool 2 km away. Very near there are small supermarkets (24h open), street markets, and restaurants. The bus stop (Perushtitsa-Plovdiv) is right next to one of the supermarkets.
