Sun City I is a modern apartment complex located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, located about 300 meters from the beach and 2 km from the center of the sea resort. The complex is in the close proximity of Cacao Beach, famous for its wide sandy strip of land, romantic restaurants and nightlife. Public transport is 2 minutes away. The apartments are furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, comfortable furniture in the living room, a dining room with table, a washing machine and spacious balconies, some of them with view. The Sun City I complex has a children’s playground and a mini market.
