Property information

Reboot in this calm and stylish place. Wonderful swimming pool, SPA, saunas, gym. Beautiful view from the balcony. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, washing machine, oven, microwave, two TVs with cable channels, high-speed Internet. A separate bedroom. A supermarket is 50 meters away. 10 minutes walk to the sea.

Neighbourhood information

The Chaika quarter is the most livable area of our resort. Opposite our complex is a large year-round supermarket MM. It is only a 10-minute walk to the beautiful beach and the promenade. There are inexpensive restaurants and coffee shops nearby. There is a large water park 50 meters away.
