Beautiful renovated house with 800 sqm yard, with small river flowing beside the property.
There are 5 rooms for rent, most of them with own WC/Bathroom. Rooms 1 & 2 shares common WC/Bathroom and could be used as separate apartment. Shared Living Room and Kitchen are available.
Property is for rent by taking all rooms (renting complete house).
House is located at foot of Rila Mountain nearby the City of Dolna Banya (4 km) which is famous with Mineral Water sites. Sofia Int'l Airport is 80 Km an reachable for about an hour.
For mountain hikers there are plenty interesting tracks to explore.
