About this property

Situated only 30 metres from Sozopol's Central Beach, the 4-star Villa List features indoor and outdoor pools. All rooms have a balcony. Free WiFi access is available in all areas. Central air-conditioning, a minibar, a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries are also features of each room at the Villa List Hotel. The rooms offer views of the Black Sea or the city of Sozopol. Typical Bulgarian specialities and international cuisine are available à-la-carte or in buffet style at the restaurant.
