✨ Cozy Studio Just Minutes from the Beach! ✨ This charming apartment offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Just nearby, you’ll find 2 restaurants, 2 shops, and terrace bars, along with access to 17 outdoor swimming pools. For adventure lovers, activities like mountain hiking, diving, and mini-golf are highly recommended. The apartment comes with cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. The bathroom features an automatic washing machine and hairdryer. Located on the top floor under the roof, the studio offers peace and privacy, free from any noise above. It’s air-conditioned and just 5 minutes from the beach. Guests have full access to the entire complex, with beautiful gardens to stroll through and 17 pools to enjoy. The beaches below the complex are freely accessible, and the Fort Noks complex, built on a slope, offers stunning views. From our F2 block at the top, the beach is only 170 meters away.

✨ Discover the Charm of St. Vlas! ✨ St. Vlas is a picturesque town with a lively harbor filled with stunning yachts from all over Bulgaria and abroad. The unique combination of fresh pine forest air and sea breeze creates a special climate, perfect for allergy sufferers and asthmatics 🌲🌊. From the complex, you can easily walk or take bus number 8 to explore St. Vlas. Sunny Beach is just 4 km away, and the historic town of Nessebar, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is only 11 km from here. For added convenience, I can also arrange a private car with a driver, with the fee paid on the spot. A bus stop is located right in front of the complex, with bus number 8 running regularly. Of course, you can also rent a car at the airport or anywhere along the coast – there’s free parking directly in front of block B5, where our apartment is located. During your stay, my driver can take you to any destination of your choice, with pricing agreed directly.
