Situé à Porto Novo au niveau de la voie du cinquantenaire en pleine ville au quartier Sèto Gbodjè. Nous avons un agent de sécurité dans la maison et les clôtures en haut sont entouré de fils électriques. Chaque chambre a sa douche et est climatisée. Nous avons aussi le système d'eau chaude dans les douches. Le courant est à la charge du client qu'il pourra recharger sur le compteur à carte(Ça permet de payer juste ce qu'on a consommé). Il y a un wifi et un Tv Cable Canal + Horizon.
