Feel Welcome offers you a great experience and comfort! New, warm and sunny apartment, fully equipped with a covered garage, located in the heart of San Miguel, a highly residential and commercial area. It is surrounded by all kinds of commercial stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, supermarket just 1 blocks from the apartment. Precise location, main avenue just 4 blocks away. The condominium has 24/7 security cameras.
Residential and commercial neighborhood surrounded a few meters from all kinds of fast food restaurants; international and national, a variety of cafes, pizzerias, taco shops, supermarket. In addition to having a variety of commercial stores of all kinds. The neighborhood is extremely safe, ideal for walking and strolling along the pedestrian walkway at any time.
