URBANIZACIÓN SAN RAFAEL IS LOCATED IN THE NORTH AREA OF SANTA CRUZ DE LA SIERRA BETWEEN RADIAL 26 AND 27. A FEW MINUTES AWAY FROM THE UNIVERSITY UCEBOL. LANDSCAPE OUTDOOR AREAS,SHOPS AND A COFFEE-SHOP WITHIN THE CONDOMINIUM. SECURITY 24/7. THIS CONDOMINIUM WAS BUILD IN 2023 APRIL. EVERYTHING IS BRAND NEW NEW.
I AM BORN IN SPAIN AND CURRENTLY LIVING IN UK. THERE IS AN ADMINISTRATOR (JULIO CÉSAR DORADO) THAN DEAL WITH THE FLAT TO BE ALWAYS PERFECTLY EQUIPPED.
THE PEOPLE LIVING AT THE URBANIZACION SAN RAFAEL ARE MOST FAMILIES AND PROFESSIONALS FROM DIFFERENT NATIONALITIES WORKING IN SANTA CRUZ. IF YOU SPEAK SPANISH, ENGLISH OR PORTUGUESE WILL FIND EASY TO COMMUNICATE WITH THE RESIDENTS. SAFE AND PEACEFUL PLACE THERE IS A CAMERA SECURITY SYSTEM AROUND THE CONDOMINIUM.
