Localização: próximo a restaurantes famosos (Cervantes, Galeto Sats), bares, comércio, mercados, farmácias e metrô. 5 min andando da Praia de Copacabana (1 quarteirão) e 15 andando da Praia do Leme. De carro, é possível chegar ao Arpoador, Ipanema e Leblon em 15 minutos. 20 minutos de carro até o centro da cidade. Perto de tudo.
