Apartamento à duas quadras da avenida principal do centro da cidade, onde concentra a maior parte dos veranistas na noite. Em relação ao mar, este imóvel fica a 10 minutos da orla marítima, caminho esse com ruas asfaltadas e grande movimentação de veranistas em direção ao mar.
