New and spacious apartment facing the sea, 2 covered parking spaces available, with 2 suites (gas showers), guest bathroom and living room with sofa bed for two people. Living room integrated into the kitchen, both with a wide view of the sea, equipped with electric barbecue, beer cooler, microwave and electric oven, air fryer, blender, toaster and new utensils. Laundry room with washing machine and cupboard. Beach 1 minute walk away.
