Our bay front villa is reached only be sea, 15 minutes by boat from the historic centre of Paraty (1 boat transfer included) taking its name from its spectacular location. Fronting the calm, protected waters of Paraty Bay, the villa is located inside the Cairuçu Environmental Protection Area surrounded by pristine beaches, uninterrupted swathes of rainforest and traditional fishing communities. No roads or cars disturb the views, just forest paths and passing fishing boats. Shoals of colourful fish abound, turtles and dolphins. Casa Cairuçu is perfect for families or groups of friends, honeymooners looking for something special, to explore or relax. Paraty is 15 mins away by boat and in the other direction are the region’s most beautiful beaches. 3 double (/twin) en suite rooms face the sea (beds for 6 - 8 people total), all with ceiling fans (and sea breeze as standard). The house is fully equipped and you are looked after by our wonderful house keeper, who cleans and also cooks for you. Guests bring their own food and drinks. Parking is easy at Praca da Matriz (pre paid car park, not included). Our local boatman picks you up from the harbour a few minutes walk away.

The Bay of Paraty is your playground. Use the houses kayaks and Stand Up Paddle, walk the forest path to beaches or take boat trips (extra cost) to explore the amazing naturtal surroundings. We provide full information and guide to the area.
