A well-equipped ground floor apartment with great comfort and security in a condo named Villa das Águas.. Suite with queen bed and minibar. Second bedroom with 2 double beds and 1 single. Air conditioning in all bedrooms. Living room with TV, JBL soundbar, Netflix and other channels, beer freezer and Nespresso coffee maker. Kitchen with microwave, airfryer, sandwich maker and various utensils. Large balcony facing the lake with garden, wooden deck, swings, 55 inch TV (Samsung The Frame), JBL stereo, barbecue, sink and large table. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Reel fishing permitted in the lake in front.
