House located in PRAIA DO PREÁ with swimming pool, barbecue, covered garage, garden. Nice balcony. Excellent Wi-Fi. Comfortable house with 2 bedrooms with double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, bathrooms with hot water. Living room with sofa and TV, complete and well-equipped kitchen with dining table. Laundry room with laundry area. Bed and bath linen available for use. Home with privacy and comfort! The house has renewable energy. Pleasant atmosphere and well-equipped house. The House is located on PRAIA DO PREÁ, one of the greatest Kitesurf spots in the world. The Village has excellent support from Supermarkets, Fruit Shops, Pharmacies, Refrigerators and renowned Restaurants. Casa do Parque is a Condominium House, but it is completely independent. With its own indoor and covered parking. It has a great balcony equipped with sofas, tables and chairs. Barbecue with sink. A great swimming pool with a waterfall. It is close to the JERICOACOARA NATIONAL PARK. The House has excellent Wi-Fi for Home Office. Living Room with Sofa and TV. Dining Room with Table for 6 Seats. Marble Countertop with built-in stove. Kitchen equipped with good utensils for your comfort and freedom to make your own meals. The House has 2 Bedrooms in the following format: 1 complete suite with air conditioning, 1 double bed, hammock, wardrobe, ceramic bathroom with hot water. 1 complete bedroom with air conditioning, 1 double bed, hammock, wardrobe. 1 ceramic bathroom with hot water. Laundry room with tank and space to hang clothes. The House has great natural ventilation, a good place to rest and have good times with family and friends. Ideal house for Family and Friends with great structure! Praia do Preá is one of the most pleasant surprises you will ever enjoy! THE HOUSE HAS RENEWABLE ENERGY.
There is a 20-minute walk to the beach, you can enjoy our village a little more by walking safely through the small streets of Preá. We have excellent Wi-Fi in the house! All types of cars can easily access the House! We have a paved street. And a team to guide you on how to get to the House! The House is at your complete disposal! We just ask that you take care of the house as if it were yours :) This way, we will ensure everything works properly! Whatever you need, I'm available via cell phone! Our team will be on hand to make your stay the best possible.
