Casa montada com muito carinho e cuidado para que você tenha momentos inesquecíveis em Ilhabela. Tudo foi pensado para que você se sinta acolhido e confortável. A casa tem o aconchego e sossego, que você e sua família quer após um dia de praia. Você terá privacidade total, a Casa é totalmente independente, sem compartilhamento do quintal.
Estamos em um bairro Plano de Ilhabela, isso é muito importante, porque o acesso não é prejudicado, mesmo em dias de chuva. Não é necessário subir escadas para ter acesso a casa. Estamos a 950 m da balsa, 1,9km da praia do Perequê, e com fácil acesso as praias do sul e do norte. A 290 m de um supermercado e a 1,3 km do mini shopping, onde é possível usufruir de diversos restaurantes e opções de lazer
