One of our neighbors is the São Luiz Institute, which operates in an old mansion and is very well known in the region, as well as a sugar cane mill that always works on the weekends producing good rapadura, it is also very close to some restaurants like the Di Maria and the K-labar (with water park) in Pacoti.

My property is a nook of these rare in the world, unites the peace of nature with the singing of birds to an excellent location and access of the big city (Fortaleza). In addition we are approximately 4km from Pacoti (one of the largest mountain towns). Our place is truly privileged by nature and also well cared for and kept by our hands. The access coming from Fortaleza is done through Pacoti or Coming of Redenção , by the newly completed CE-253 and all paved, in a good part of the route you will accompany the Pacoti river creating beautiful scenery and even with some waterfall. Get ready to breathe a lot of clean air, get a good night's sleep and get on with life here!
