Chalé privileged location 50 meters from Itaguá Beach, wooded property with garage for 6 vehicles, near the Ubatuba Aquarium, Tamar Project, Itaguá Shopping, Schooners Exit to all Islands of Ubatuba, close to Shops and best Restaurants. The Suite has Wi-Fi, Ceiling Fan, LED Cable TV, Frigobar and other facilities like entrance and independent garage, ample Room, Bathroom and free area with barbecue. The property has general illumination covering all the useful area, monitoring cameras 24hs, total tranquility and security.
