New, modern premium flat in the modern condominio "Beach Place". Located only 100 meters away from the very popular and kilometre-long beach of Cumbuco, which you can enjoy from the apartment balcony. The modern apartment is located the upper floor level and has a big seperate sleeping room with ensuite bathrooms ideal for a couple vacation. It has a spacous living and dining-room with a fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy kitesurfing or just walk and swim at beach & relax in one of the many close-by beach bars. The apartment is ideal for short and long stays. It offers free highspeed internet, a big smart TV from Samsung with Netflix and a modern washing machine from LG, which is essential for longer home-office stays. For an additional fee, we offer access to the popular VG-Sun Condominium.

Neighbourhood information

Enjoy the beautiful beach of Cumbuco and practice kite surfing just 100 meters from the front door. Relax at the many nearby beach restaurants, such as Chico do Caranguejo, just a few minutes walk away. Take buggy rides to the dunes or to the beautiful Cauipe Lake. Enjoy good restaurants with live bands and DJs in the town of Cumbuco.
