IMPORTANT: • Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM • Check-out: until 11:00 AM • If the host needs to go to the property after 8:00 PM due to any issue, a convenience fee will apply • Extra bed linen, towels, and cleaning must be requested and are paid separately, directly to Seazone • Entry of guests and/or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or not registered in the reservation is prohibited • Smoking is not allowed • Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to fines • Quiet hours: from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM • Any violation of condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including fines • For stays longer than 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning and for changing bed linen and towels during the period The cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out. If the guest wants extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are provided with one bath towel per person and one face towel per bathroom, as well as bed linen for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee. The city center is quite small and can be easily explored on foot in a few hours. Setting aside a morning or an afternoon to get to know it is an interesting program that can yield beautiful photos. You can visit several tourist points such as Praça Fernando Machado, Praça XV de Novembro, the Public Market of Florianópolis and, still, there are the beautiful landscapes of Beira-Mar Norte. Nightlife in the center is very busy, with several options of bars, restaurants, shows and nightclubs. Even outside the summer season, there is always movement. You can choose between quiet places with live music, performances by alternative bands, nightclubs, a bar with a dance floor or outdoors.
