The original documents must be presented at check-in. The selfie must be a clear photo, non-blurry, with the face visible, well-lit, and without any accessories such as glasses or hats.• Visitors are not allowed. • Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please respect the neighbors. • Parties or events are not allowed on the property. • A security deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation. • PLEASE READ ALL ADDITIONAL RENTAL RULES IN THE TEXT BELOW.

ADDITIONAL RULES: According to the Child and Adolescent Statute, individuals under 18 years of age must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. Documents for minors will also be required for legal verification. • The checkout time must be strictly adhered to. A fine of half a daily rate will be charged for delays of up to 1 hour, and a fine of 2 daily rates will be charged for delays exceeding 1 hour. • Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. A fine of 3 daily rates will be charged for non-compliance with this rule. • All infractions are subject to contractual fines and termination of the rental agreement without any refund of the amounts paid. • Any fines imposed by the condominium on the property during the rental period will be your responsibility to pay. • All documents and contract signature must be done 24 hours BEFORE check-in time. The building's administrator does not authorize entry into the building if the documents are not sent in advance. If they are sent late, tenants will not be able to enter until 24 hours after they are sent. • Extensions of the reservation must be made by 5 pm on the day prior to check-out. After this time, the full cleaning fee will be charged again. • A deposit of up to two thousand reais may be requested upon making the reservation and will be refunded within 72 hours after check-out. • The loss or misplacement of the garage remote control will result in an immediate fine of three hundred reais per item, regardless of the subsequent return of the item. • Photos of food, beverages, and plants are for illustrative purposes only
