This place was my home for a long time, I took a lot of care to furnish it in a practical, functional and cozy style. Those are the sensations I want to transmit to my guests. - Quiet, airy, lighted. - Double covered garage. - 2nd floor, no elevator. - Air conditioning bedroom and living room. - Fully furnished, sofa bed in the living room. - Hot water. - Smart TV 32 ', NETFLIX, Internet 10mb. - Conceição Hospital, 750 meters. - Cristo Redentor Hospital, 900 meters. - Wallig Mall 100 meters. - Iguatemi Mall 700 meters. - American Consulate 500 meters - Airport 6km. - Public transportation at the door.
I’m a retired flight attendant, ownner, together with my wife, Susi, of a cozy women’s clothing store. We travel a lot to research trends and also for pleasure. Love to meet new people from diferente cultures and parts of the world. Hope we can meet and share our experiences and joys with you. I receive guests personally to explain all the functionalities of the apartment and help with their stay in Porto Alegre. I leave my guests at ease, but I am available whenever they need me. I communicate well in English and Spanish.
