The property is on an authentic beach sand road with a secluded , spacious feel . The gardens are well maintained . There is a BBQ area, swimming pool and the house is large and clean and extremely comfortable. Please note that energy consumption is an extra cost. 500 reais for the stay will be charged up front , refundable depending on usage and also in case of damage. It is a seperate and additional cost and is in cash or transfer on arrival . It is not included in the up front price . The housekeeper can arrange meals and drinks and extra cleaning where required for extra costs arranged with the housekeeper.

There are an amazing amount of beautiful beaches up and down the coast and the city of Fortaleza nearby offers a vibrant night out. There is also a golf course down the coast.
