Located very close to the beach access gate, we offer a comfortable and cozy environment, perfect for enjoying with friends and family. The property features 4 air-conditioned suites on the upper floor. The living room has a beautiful view of the outdoor area and is integrated with the American-style kitchen, which is fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, utensils, and appliances. There is also a laundry area with a washing machine. The house comfortably accommodates up to 8 people.
