IMPORTANT: NOTE: The condominium is undergoing electrical wiring renovations, so the conduit in the apartment’s floor corridor is exposed. NOTE: Enjoy relaxing moments in the ofurô and sauna, available on weekends, holidays, and during the season (not permitted for children under 12, even if accompanied). At the spa, enjoy sulfur baths, a hot tub, and a Scottish shower, offered during the high season (from 12/20) for a fee of 5 reais per person. Additionally, the outdoor adult and children’s pools are always open, while the indoor pool is heated only during the season. NOTE: We inform you that construction work is taking place next to the property. GENERAL RULES: - Check-in: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM - Check-out: by 11:00 AM - If the host needs to attend the property after 8:00 PM, a convenience fee will apply. - Extra bed linens/towels and cleaning services are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone. - Entry of guests or visitors exceeding the property’s capacity or not registered in the reservation is prohibited. - No smoking is allowed. - Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited and subject to fines. - Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM - Any violation of condominium/neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including fines. - For stays longer than 30 days, an additional cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning and replacement of bed linens and towels during the stay. * The cleaning included in the rate is performed only at check-out. If the guest requests extra cleaning during the stay, an additional cleaning fee will apply. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are provided, along with bed linens for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the regular cleaning fee.
