IMPORTANT: - Check-in: 3 PM to 8 PM - Checkout: by 11 AM - If the host needs to visit the property after 8 PM, there will be a convenience fee. - Bed and bath linens and extra cleaning are requested and paid separately, directly with Seazone. - No guests or visitors allowed beyond the property’s capacity or not registered in the booking. - Smoking is prohibited. - Parties and loud music are strictly prohibited, subject to a fine. - Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM. - Any disrespect for the condo/neighborhood rules is the guest’s responsibility, including fines. - For stays over 30 days, an extra cleaning fee will be charged for a new cleaning of the property and changing bed linens and towels during the period. - Before check-in, guests may be asked to submit documentation for data confirmation. - The cleaning included in the price is performed only at checkout. If the guest wishes for extra cleaning during their stay, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. - One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom will be provided, along with bed linens for the indicated number of guests. Linen changes can be requested for half the cleaning fee.
