Richly detailed and filled with light, these unique residences offer all of the gracious conveniences of modern living inside a beautifully renovated historic building. A mix of original architecture, reclaimed materials and cutting edge interior design, they come with stories to tell—but also with room for you to tell your own.
DIRECTIONS:
From the Rock Sound Airport Drive North on Queens Highway 2 miles. On Google Maps you'll see Bayan Tree Trail. Look for the white post on the left. Turn left down the old farm road (if you get to CTI hotel you've gone to far). Our driveway is the second on the right. Head up the hill. House is on the left. White with Brown Roof.
Turn left at the top of the hill and park in front of the house. At the top of the stairs is the front door. You'll see the keypad lock.
I’m from Warren VT (house on Airbnb) but found my happy place on the island of Eleuthera in The Bahamas (house on Airbnb too!). So now I travel back and forth.
I will likely not be on the island for your check-in but there is plenty of help around if you need anything. Feel free to message with any questions or concerns.
My house is located on the old Wood-Prince Farm. It's no longer operated as a farm but it's a unique and quiet place. We have 3 neighbors on the farm and they are all fantastic. It's a safe and peaceful place.
The Drive to the house will be an adventure. The road is dirt and full off of potholes, but passable by any car. The house is up a relatively steep coral road. We do it every day but for the average city person it can be a bit intimidating.
