Property information

"Caprice" is an elegant choice for discerning travelers visiting Nassau. A private gated subdivision, comprised of only 15 individual homes, you will enjoy the privacy of the private community Beach in the rear of the home. The Studio is large and comes with a Queen Bed and a Full Bathroom, 50 inch TV and Wifi. There is also extra space for an additional Mattress if needed. A private staircase between the unit 12 and 13 allows you to have easy access to a direct to the ocean. This is great for snorkeling, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating.

Neighbourhood information

There is no need to cross a busy street to enjoy a day at the beach... just a few steps away inside the community ( approximately 150 feet) is a sandy white private beach area for your enjoyment. If you are looking for a change of beachside scenery during your stay, you can access the larger public beach that is a picturesque 2-minute walk from our gated community. Shopping and Restaurants are in walking distance, only 2 Minutes away
