Sunset Gecko Condos are four newly constructed oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bath units located on Sunset Point Drive. Sunset Point is a prime quiet location in Placencia Village. All units are concrete construction with high-end furniture and appliances and all the amenities you'll need for an amazing beach vacation. Spend your days enjoying the large private pool on the rooftop and take advantage of the amazing 360 degree views and ocean breeze. The condos are perfectly located in Placencia, close enough to walk into town, yet on a private and quiet street without the traffic and noise, typical of most other properties in the Village. Each unit has been professionally decorated and furnished inside and out with all the comforts of home. Placencia is a small village situated at the tip of the Peninsula in the Stann Creek Region of Belize.
