We are renting out 1-bedroom basement private suite in our home in a quiet, residential neighbourhood with shared entrance. The basement is fully renovated, with modern finishes and includes a kitchen,Fridge,Wifi and Microwave. The unit includes a cozy queen-sized bed, a small living area, and a dining table, making it perfect for solo travelers or couples. Additionally, the property has a full bathroom with a shower. Private suite is located in basement of our home with shared entrance. It has Private kitchen, living area and Washroom.
