173 High Street is Southampton's premiere luxury boutique inn featuring three bespoke rooms furnished and appointed with the desire to create the most comfortable and delightful guest stay. Situated mere steps from the main beach, fine dining and top drawer shopping, 173 High Street is your destination accommodation in Saugeen Shores. Offering the utmost in luxury, privacy and comfort, you will indeed, sleep well here! Please note that the Inn is 20 steps up on the second level of a commercial building and we will gladly give you a hand with your luggage but there is no elevator. There is absolutely no smoking or vaping on the premises.
Our sand beaches are a 5 minute walk from your room and a variety of excellent restaurants and shopping are just outside the door. Our new 800 square foot deck is just the place to enjoy morning coffee, and post beach beverage or star gazing.
