Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located between the dynamic rue St-Joseph (Basse-Ville) and the historic rue St-Jean (Haute-Ville). You will appreciate the proximity of all services (pharmacy, grocery store, restaurants, cafes, shops, public transportation, etc.). Nouvo Saint-Roch is a trendy neighborhood with many lively little restaurants, cafes and bars. It also houses stores selling clothing, housewares and toys along St. Joseph Street. Concert halls, theaters and contemporary art galleries dot the entire neighborhood. The Jean-Paul-L'Allier garden is decorated with an artificial waterfall and the immense Saint-Roch church is nearby. The city's professional baseball team plays at CANAC Stadium. Old Quebec is the neighboring district (1.5 km east on rue Saint-Vallier Est and you will be there). Old Quebec is big and it can take 30 minutes to cross it. You will find it convenient to have Charest Boulevard nearby if you use public transportation.
