Modern and contemporary open concept house with elegant and spacious 6 rooms & 5 bathrooms, located in a quiet child safe court, in center of Richmond hill area. 4 free parking spots, high speed internet. Modern kitchen with SS appliances. Coffee maker,kettle,cooking hardware. Great location! ! ! 5 mins to Hwy 404, TTC. 5 mins to Go train station bringing you directly to downtown Toronto. 30 mins away from Pearson Airport. 10 min walking to Walmart, food basics Basement is not included . It may occupied at times. The house is separated with two self contained units. 4 Bedroom house is on the main level . 2 bedroom apartment is located at lower level . It is a walkout basement apartment with their own entry. It is a completely separated unit that main level unit guests don’t need to share anything with basement guests. Basement tenants don’t have access to the main floor , so both units will have their own privacy.
