Property information

Newly converted garage, into a spacious studio. Featuring a well equipped kitchenette, large bathroom with washer & dryer, and parking! Located in the Cote-des-neige area of Montreal, our cozy studio is close to l'Université de Montréal and the Polytechnique Montréal. As well as the CHU Sainte-Justine and the Jewish General Hospital.

Neighbourhood information

Access Montréal's public transportation easily, hop onto the bus at the corner or walk to the Édouard-Montpetit metro station on a sunny day (1.7km) which allows you to get anywhere quite smoothly. If you drive in, you have free parking for one car in our driveway!
