I own the place and have been hosting guests on my property. I like meeting new people. I work as manager and am father of 2 beautiful kids. I don't live at this property as my primary residence is hamilton about 45 min by drive
Property information
The bedroom is a part of a Big house with other 3 bedrooms. We are in a middle of a fantastic, vibrant and a very safe community. Few minutes drive from big Stores like Walmart, Canadiantire etc. Major Landmarks such as the Niagara Falls is about 10-15 min drive.
The Bedroom is private. The kitchen, living and bath will be shared. The bed is queen size. Parking is on premises and sometimes also on the street. Street parking is free.
We have 1 giga fiber internet in the house. The kitchen is equipped with all new appliances. There is crockery and glasses which are available for use. Dishwasher and laundry available too no extra cost.
Some of the items from the kitchen are complimentary and free. . I am a new host and therefore I will do my best as much as I can to help you.

Its a quite neighborhood. A brand new neighborhood actually. All families living here and is a very very safe neighborhood too
